<p>With roots so firmly planted in psychology and fitness sciences, there is much more to this seemingly correlated items in question BODY TYPE and EXERCISE. It seems like a logical inference that the one will have something to do with the other. The physcial properties, dynamics and system and its functioning, optimal peak performance and movement particularly will have to be related somehow.
